Description
Data Matrix GS1 industrial marking printer is a professional coding and marking system designed for printing Data Matrix GS1 codes, QR codes, barcodes, logos, dates, times, graphics, batch numbers, shift numbers and other variable information on production lines.
The printer provides a printing speed of up to 300 m/min and can serve two production lines simultaneously. It is equipped with two printheads and supports connection of up to four printheads when required.
The system features a touch screen with protection against dust, moisture, scratches and impacts, as well as Wi-Fi, Ethernet and USB connectivity. Remote computer control, continuous printing and cartridge replacement without stopping the printer help maintain uninterrupted production.
The integrated DSND — Double Switching Nozzle Technology allows the system to continue operating through alternative nozzles if one nozzle becomes unavailable. The ink does not contain MEK or acetone, which is particularly important for marking applications in the food industry.
