Description
Honeywell DC1040 is a microprocessor-based digital temperature controller designed for accurate temperature monitoring and control in industrial equipment and process applications. It supports PID and ON/OFF control and can be used in dryers, plastic processing, packaging machinery, painting and coating equipment and other industrial processes.
The DC1040 supports K, J, R, S, B, E, N, T, W, PL II, U and L thermocouples, as well as Pt100, JPt100 and JPt50 RTD sensors and 4–20 mA linear input. Its 14-bit input resolution and 500 ms sampling time support stable process monitoring and control.
The controller features a 4-digit LED display, status indicators, non-volatile EEPROM memory and multiple output options. Its 96 × 96 mm 1/4 DIN panel format allows convenient installation in control cabinets. RS-232/RS-485 communication and Modbus support enable integration with industrial automation systems.
