iBt-SW2K — 2K SWIR Line Scan Camera, 196 kHz CoaXPress

Description

iBt-SW2K is a high-speed SWIR line scan camera designed for industrial machine vision and continuous inspection applications. Available in 2048×1 and 2560×1 configurations, it provides SWIR imaging across the 950–1700 nm spectral range. Its InGaAs-based SWIR imaging technology enables inspection beyond the visible spectrum.

The 2048×1 versions use 12.5 μm pixels and support line rates up to 40 kHz. The iBt-SW2K-G uses a GigE interface, while the iBt-SW2K-C uses Camera Link. The 2560×1 iBt-SW2K-X uses 10 μm pixels and reaches up to 196 kHz through a CoaXPress interface.

All versions feature an M42 lens mount, allowing integration with SWIR-compatible industrial optics. The camera is suitable for high-speed web inspection, material sorting, food inspection, semiconductor inspection and solar cell inspection.
