Description
IMX990 is a high-sensitivity SWIR Area Scan Camera designed for imaging across the visible and short-wave infrared spectrum. Supporting a wide 400–1700 nm spectral range, the camera is suitable for material inspection, sorting, environmental monitoring, industrial imaging and scientific applications.
The camera provides 1280×1024 resolution, 5 μm pixel size and a 1/2" sensor. It is available in three configurations with different interfaces: 91 FPS via GigE, 134 FPS via Camera Link and 134 FPS via USB 3.0.
