MANNOL Antifreeze AF12+ Longlife 4112 is a carboxylate antifreeze concentrate based on OAT (Organic Acid Technology), designed for modern cooling systems where ethylene glycol-based coolants are recommended. The concentrate is suitable for year-round use and must be mixed with water according to the required protection temperature.
The formulation helps protect metals and alloys including copper, brass, steel, cast iron and aluminum against corrosion, including high-temperature corrosion of aluminum surfaces. Its high thermal stability helps prevent scale formation and supports reliable cooling-system performance.
The antifreeze provides excellent heat transfer and resistance to foaming. It is compatible with rubber and plastic components, hoses and seals used in cooling systems. The formulation is silicate-, nitrate-, phosphate- and amine-free (NAP Free).
