MANNOL Antifreeze AG11 Longterm 4111 is a concentrated ethylene glycol-based coolant using IAT (Inorganic Acid Technology). It is designed for year-round use in modern cooling systems containing copper, brass and aluminum components where ethylene glycol-based antifreeze is recommended.
The concentrate helps protect metals and alloys such as brass, copper, alloy steel, cast iron and aluminum against corrosion, including high-temperature corrosion of aluminum engine surfaces. It also helps prevent scale formation and provides good heat transfer and resistance to foaming.
The product provides sufficient corrosion protection starting from a 30% concentration. It must be diluted with water according to the required freeze-protection level. A 50% antifreeze / 50% water mixture provides freeze protection down to -38 °C. The product is blue and has a service life of at least 5 years.
