The MBOR-TEK-5(F) Basalt Fire Protection Roll Material is an environmentally friendly basalt fiber insulation material that does not contain or release harmful substances even when exposed to high temperatures. The material is manufactured by melting basalt rock and forming the fibers using a stitched and needle-sewn structure. Its foil-faced surface provides an aesthetic finish and additional protective properties.
The material is designed for fire protection of air ducts, ventilation and smoke extraction systems. It is also suitable for use in construction and engineering structures, as well as for thermal, acoustic and fire protection of industrial equipment, installations and vehicles operating under demanding temperature conditions.
