Description
Klubersynth PEG 46 greases are special lubricants based on polyglycol oil with a lithium thickener, classified as NLGI grades 00 and 1.
They provide excellent wear protection for gears and rolling bearings, ensuring a long service life of lubricated components. Their viscosity-temperature characteristics support the formation of an adequate lubricating film even at elevated and high temperatures.
The excellent ageing and oxidation resistance of the synthetic base oil gives Klubersynth PEG 46 greases a significantly longer service life than mineral oil-based greases. Relubrication intervals can be extended, and in certain cases, condition-based lubrication is possible.
Very good friction behavior of the polyglycol-based oil reduces power losses and improves efficiency.
