The TOPONE DOS Grade 100 double-leg chain sling is an industrial lifting assembly designed for lifting, securing and handling heavy loads using cranes and other lifting equipment. It is manufactured from quenched and tempered Grade 100 alloy steel chain and compatible Grade 100 lifting components.
The upper section features an oblong master link for connection to a crane hook, while the lower section is equipped with two sling hooks fitted with safety latches for two-point load attachment. The double-leg configuration helps distribute lifting forces between two points and improve load stability.
According to the manufacturer, Grade 100 chain slings provide approximately 25% higher working load capacity than Grade 80 slings of the same chain size. The assembly is designed with a 4:1 safety factor.
Each sling has a permanent identification tag with an individual serial number, chain size and grade, exact sling length and working load limit (WLL).
