Description
The VKR roof-mounted smoke exhaust fan is designed for installation on building roofs and is used for smoke extraction during fire emergencies. Depending on the configuration, it can also operate in continuous ventilation mode.
The fan features an improved impeller with backward-curved blades and a toroidal inlet connection with an increased inlet diameter. The improved impeller provides efficiency of up to 75%.
VKR fans can operate in smoke extraction (DU) or smoke extraction and ventilation (DUV) modes. The units are equipped with high-quality three-phase asynchronous single-speed motors, with optional frequency speed control.
